In 2009, Indigov and Vmmtv (CMC) launched the cross-media, interactive communication concept Standpunt TV (TV viewpoint) – a creative government partnership formula. The first, successful case involved the Flemish Parliament: Hertogstraat 6.
The concept is based on three cornerstones:
- The authorities inform people in an active manner through new participation and research methods. People get truly involved and are more in touch with the actual message/matter at hand.
- The development of a custom cross-media campaign based on television broadcasting. This gets people moving and makes them more receptive. It is intended to actively involve the audience and to initiate talks.
- The basis is formed by independent scientific research.
