Satisfaction survey

Indigov has plenty of experience in assessing customer and personnel satisfaction levels and needs.

On behalf of the European Commission, Indigov developed a European standard for measuring end user satisfaction with regard to eGovernment services in member states (aimed at citizens and businesses). Therefore, we are equipped with a well-defined standard framework that allows us to measure target group satisfaction in a scientifically-based manner. However, we do not use the same standard framework for all our projects. Instead, we always take a more personalised approach by modifying our questionnaires in line with the specific context of our clients so that we can present each client with a questionnaire that not only fits within our theoretical framework but also provides them with the best possible answer to their queries. Every client is unique. When drawing up these questionnaires, the main focus lies with current satisfaction levels, expectations and actual needs of the target group with regard to the services and customer support provided by the client.
