About Indigov Indigov was established in 2003 by Jo Steyaert as a spin-off of the K.U.Leuven. Indigov has specialised in research and advice in the field of eGovernment, 360° Communications and Interactive media. As a spin-off of the K.U.Leuven, our strong scientifically underpinned research and consultancy is one of our most important brand designs and biggest assets. Our approach however, is not just based on a scientific substructure, but it is furthermore refined with the knowledge acquired in many concrete research and advice projects for various governments and businesses. In this way, Indigov succeeds in making the perfect combination between theory and practice. Experienced Indigov-consultants can be appointed as project advisors, supervisors during processes of change, or to perform study of needs, satisfaction surveys, screenings or audits of existing interactive applications or websites in a completely independent way. Indigov disposes of experts concerning communication sciences, sociology, public administration and economy. Most of our employees have more than 10 years of experience and are well-known experts in their field.
